"The Child Lures Prevention Television News Series worked for us on three fronts: It was, first and most importantly, the single best public service campaign I have ever been involved in...Second, there is no doubt in my mind that Child Lures Prevention helped our PM news rating despite those tremendous Oprah Winfrey numbers, our 5:00 p.m. news still won. I know in my heart that Child Lures Prevention had a lot to do with it. Finally, we lined up some major blue chip sponsors in this market and turned Child Lures Prevention into a financial success for KCRA-TV."
     Bill Bauman, News Director
     KCRA-TV; Sacramento
