We're pleased you have received your Child Lures School Program kit, which Governor Rod R. Blagojevich sent free of charge to all 3220 Illinois public elementary and middle schools the week of January 6th, 2006.

The Child Lures School Program is a turn-key program, complete with two videos: a Presenter’s Training Video for teacher training; a Student Video to present to children grades 3 and up; a comprehensive Presenter's Guide; and one copy of the Child Lures Parent Guide.

Child Lures Prevention Town Hall Meeting:

The Child Lures Prevention Initiative received statewide attention during NBC5’s broadcast of Child Lures Prevention Town Hall Meeting: Smart Choices/Safe Kids, which features Governor Blagojevich, First Lady Patti Blagojevich and Child Lures Prevention creator, Kenneth Wooden demonstrating the lures most commonly used by predators. The 45 minute commercial-free Smart Choices/Safe Kids can be found on your School Program’s Student Video, "Luring: What Would You Do?," and can also be viewed on nbc5.com.
